WHAT DO I NEED TO DO, HOW DO I PREPARE?

Its best to try to settle and calm yourself for half an hour or so before our sessions. Calming nerves is never an easy option but try anyway. Once the session gets underway you will find relaxation starts to centre you, helping you explore your mind in ways you never realised you could. This is the benefit of healing energy helping you restoratively focus on the mind, helping to null and void the feelings within the body that shame us into submission of nerves. Alleviating them just a little helps you relax and over time you learn to trust, trust the process, the experience and ultimately yourself

HOW MANY SESSIONS WILL I NEED?

​What we store in our psychological profile can be lifted if we analyse its roots, what put it there. The mind is a complex network of neurons and axons that fire off and stimulate growth of cortisol when triggered and strange sensations within the body. Learning to curtail the synthesis of the mind is a long, hard process and probably never fully achieved by anyone in life. Lifelong studies have been done and everyone suffers to some degree. suffers with strength, determination and will power. However we look at this, there is no need to feel deflated at this! We must try to reason with ourselves, as we have said before, going into and sitting too deeply into the mind for too long is distracting and not helpful. Slow bursts, slow growth and a faith in restoration is key. Lets see if we can help
