Drawing from experience, guidance and incorporating the tools at my disposal, I will help you identify limiting beliefs, new found freedoms and possibilities with 6 monthly sessions and support between. The journey of healing is a somewhat convoluted pathway of right way, wrong way, which way do I turn? Solutions do not always present themselves easily. Exploring the mind, the psyche with help from the healing individuals of the Spirit World helps shape us so we find a way ourselves to see a pathway through. Helping to learn the route is your key, your self growth, all I do is support, guide, hold your hand if you like and facilitate a space where healing of the mind and body can take place. The core values I hold close are love and acceptance of all things about you. You will be ready in your own time, and this will be starting to surface within you if you are reaching out and looking for someone to help. If your spiritual values encompass a deep and inner yearning to connect to your own spirituality, to draw close to who you are as a person and open up to authenticity while trying to navigate the convoluted pathway of getting there, not to mention the untold traumas and events of the past that could be holding you back from true bloom, let me help you find a way. We can hold structure for the course or we can allow it to develop, working the trajectory of healing has taught me the diversity of change sits with oneself, structure is often indifferent to the human psyche, we respond differently in terms of our upbringing, pre-held beliefs, so these courses are individual to your needs at the time, whilst planning and growth are significant to the outcome. The process holds deep reverence, holding you safe, treating you gently and supporting you so you find your own values, goals and energetic alignment. An all round approach to healing that instigates significant change if you are willing to allow it. Only you know when you are ready for this state of acceptance.
