Healing with Lisa Watts





Healing is a special modality that allows others in the spirit world to bring their love, understanding and help to those who ask for it. It helps alleviate pain and suffering and plays an avid role in recuperation. Part of the process is talking. Without this there is little integration. The feedback can seem severe in nature if you need to hear the odd pointed quote, it will be part of your psyche playing up here, part of you showing you that there is more to life and you want to take a better approach towards leading a more fulfilled life. That won't happen without an experience. As a stop gap, reiki is: holding you in a comfortable place while you learn to heal yourself. Trance healing can be way more diverse and when working with a medium its going to come with a few home truths.


Can we heal everything? Absolutely not and most healers will tell you this, we can show you the way, connect, link in and bring the healing, wisdom, allow you to take an angle, an approach that sees you more willing to alter a few things, alter your approach, the rest is up to you.


There are so many things that affect us in life. Digestion, our diet, our approach to food, general and sustained exercise, drinking enough fluid, maintaining your hydration levels and understanding the need for good quality supplements, achieving balance with your food intake, moderation is often the key with variety to satiate. Food can be adequately spiced without the need to rely on processed foods, its hard to believe why some buy ready made when freshly made can take 20mins to prepare. Its an approach yet its one that works and sustains the body system far better.


So, be the change you want to see in the world. Do some exercise, build muscle, if there are parts of your body that prohibit this, then strengthen other parts. There are indeed very few individuals who can genuinely not partake in a more rigorous form of exercise and whilst building muscle is harder as we age, it is achievable, learn the science, do the work, you all have Dr Google at your fingertips.


Importantly, a healing isn't a one trick pony, its a journey, one I can help you start, the rest, well, that's down to commitment, sustainability and your rationale. Want to heal? Want to really see change? Physical, emotional, mental? Then know this, the journey can be arduous, it took you so much time to reach the stage you're at, its irrelevant how long, the journey home to yourself need not be hard, its an approach, an approach to centering yourself within your mind, knowing what's good for you and employing strategies that help you shift. The process of igniting the shift can be a healing, trance healing especially.


Ongoing support is vital to change, where you get that support is a decision you must ask yourself, ongoing sessions are often recommended.
