Since 2008 I've stepped into what, for many years, was a deep yearning to know more and a fear it would be too much to cope with. Welcome to 2026 and how things have changed. Working predominantly as a healing medium, reader and holistic therapist I've seen countless people and worked tirelessly full time and laterally part time in my own private practise for 15years, seeing a column of clients on a daily basis providing reiki, psychic readings, shamanism, mediumship, trance healing and holistic therapies. Through trance mediumship I have written and delivered courses and workshops for over ten years. I have trained and qualified in a wide range of spiritual studies, transpersonal growth and spiritual empowerment. I've been guided to and studied extensively and in person with many notable world renowned spiritual teachers of shamanism and mediumship either on retreats, residential workshops or in a few cases consistent training courses lasting up to a year each. I've also undertook short workshops, online courses, sat in closed online learning circles and completed basic church training. A teacher brings their own flavour and a learner integrates within their whole, what emerges is a greater sense of identity rather than a copy of one teacher or a rigid set way. Fostering a close connection to my own guidance I've largely managed to avoid dogma and doctrine and autonomise self discipline.

Over the last 5 years I have concentrated my study on the mechanics of evidential working and while it had been enough up until then to work with spirit led wisdom, channelling and passed loved ones regularly popping in, I have found the journey to be somewhat lengthy due to a vestibular disease. I all but gave up my business (I am forever grateful to those who supported me through 2021-23, you know who you are) but I got through and I rebuilt, this time listening to spirit rather than doing the manifestation and making the demands! Dismemberment is a rocky ride yet to truly succeed, excel, we must push our limits, open our boundaries and not be afraid to say no. I thank every one of you who came back to tell me '10 years ago you read for me, it was spot on and happened as you said it would'​ because you've gave me the strength to carry on when I was ready to throw in the towel.

I recognise how hard integrating the practise of mediumship can be for developing mediums and how integrity is more important than pushing high standards. I've learnt that development is a natural process and no amount of man made training will make up for the natural connection to self, spirit and the refinement that comes from consistency. Its a difficult journey, one with wins along the way and sadly one taken a little too quickly by some yet that is their choice. Spirit are always around waiting to connect, to have their say, let you know passed loved ones are OK and living within a vibration that only gives love.

I'm grounded, relatable and mess life up constantly. I don't recite spiritual man made wordies that can alienate those 'not on the path', I also don't do 'blocked chakras' because sinks block, chakra's do not. What's wrong (or right) will sit within a level of common sense or it doesn't leave my mouth. Spirit are as normal as you and I, they just want to get their message across and see you happy. I see, hear, feel and know and have had enough mind blowing spiritual experiences to write a book. I practise shamanism because I was guided by clear voice to the International School of Shamanism and a grounded teacher. I studied further with two more teachers yet was guided back to core shamanism. I live in the UK and practise the old ways mingled with old shamanic habits that are often not needed. They formed a bond to the shaman, a way he/she could interpret them. I see much fashionable fancifulness, yearning for spiritual experiences, yet know while yes you can have them, the answers lye in a grounded reality and the shamans ability to not only rationalise them but to put them into practise with you.

There is still a growing interest and receptivity surrounding working online and as more of my work has become focussed here its important to say that it is just as successful as in person work yet you can relax in the comfort of your own home.
