In 2014 Shaman Spirits induced impromptu and somewhat unexpected trance healings while I was quietly performing Reiki treatments. I never lost consciousness but what happened defied belief. Many times. And often left me unable to explain myself after treatments. The space, ethos and divinity of where and how I worked was sacred. My guide, an Arawak had got his foot in the door and kept pushing. I can’t say it was a slow or gentle ride, but I couldn’t give up or stop. The momentum, speed and velocity of shamanics is a powerful trance induced, sometimes involuntary state that sees, feels and experiences emotions, pain and understanding of others heightened. When a shaman gathers that close to your energy field and merges with your energy, your body jerks uncontrollably while you learn to hold and manage the blend. A Little More About Me

I started my Shamanic training at Lendrick Lodge. It is where I was told to go one day while putting washing away. A man's voice in my head, he just said the two words clearly, not too loudly but with a depth that I felt through my body. It gave me a measure when my clairaudience developed that I doubt will ever be repeated. I know exceptional mediums and they will tell you that there is nothing clear about the 'clairs'. I had no reason to doubt Lendrick was a good place, so I went. Through various means I was taught by the Shaman Spirits at night. The following day, I was taught by a human - taught the same thing. Every evening, every day of every retreat throughout the year I was there this happened. I saw stones turn to rivers, the air turn to moving portals, I felt the pain of the tree network shooting through my nervous system, felt the energy of lightening strike the centre of the standing stone circle during ceremony as we stood soaked to the skin by a magnificent storm. I weaved offerings, created invocations, built fires, created ceremonies and walked the hot coals over and over again, on numerous occasions. I broke arrows with my chest, bent iron bars with the softest part of my uncovered throat, I sang, I drummed, I prayed, I re-prayed, I saw divine light in a pitch black sweat lodge, I convulsed and sobbed as I brutally dismembered in fully embodied journeys, I was temporarily paralysed, drool slipping down the side of my mouth as intense, all consuming feelings of bliss repeatedly washed over me. I planned my funeral, I planned my downfall and rebirth, every cell in my body felt the energy of 35 beloved friends merged with their Shaman Spirit as the drums beat loudly. There are many, many more stories and experiences, some way before shamanism showed up. Lendrick was an excellent place to train, it gave me a core foundation, a training I 'just got', it made sense, it felt right and it was grounded in reality whilst being not of this world. I spent three years training in Shamanism incorporating Native American, Peruvian, Ecuadorian, Shipibo traditions to lesser and greater degrees and with other teachers, then 9 more years trying to make sense, balance and integrate the complexities of Shamanic Wisdom, Healing and the Spiritual Initiation of the Sundoor. I'm not sure I know or understand that much now, in all honesty, the biggest teacher is how little we really know

I have a business background in Accountancy and Financial Directorship

​

During 2021 I downscaled availability after working spiritually and holistically full time for 10 years. I took time to draw my energy back in and re-grouped myself taking mostly 2.5 years out to re-habilitate and re-train my vestibular system following a crash. I’m extremely careful with my energy, I prefer quality over quantity and this shows in the depth and accuracy of my evidential mediumship and guidance. I use somatic body dynamic physical, sensory and talk therapies combined with spiritual merging through elements of trance healing in 1:1 sessions along with energy healing and Reiki. For approx 10 years I've channelled my own spiritual courses, meditations, poetry, mechanics and wisdom on a daily basis. I have a long endeavoured pathway to mediumship, guidance and shamanic wisdom through the ancestors of my own past, Mother, Grandfather, Great Grandmother and those who went before them. Through the benefit of soul growth and the long lived memory of who I was before in this life, what we call the 'ancestry of our growth', what I've been taught is, I guess a remembering and I welcome you as I help it to teach you too

I swear I'm as normal as the next person and while some might side eye me for that I guess I just realised a few things before I passed instead of after. You could pass me in Tesco and I wouldn't look out of place, if you expect to find me in Shamanic Robes you'll be disappointed although I have my carpet bag of toys, each with its own spirit and energy attached. There is so much I don't know though and fathoming how to help you is one of them so I've learnt to listen to that man in my head who's shocked the socks off me, saved my skin, laughed at me, told me not to be so ridiculous, warned me, not warned me, encouraged me, let me fall and suddenly said 'get off the bus, get off the bus' when I was in London to find I was one block away from what was the only Shamanic Shop in London at that time. It may be different now but we were on Kings Road and I was heading to the Natural History Museum

 

So qualifications are the start of any journey, the working knowledge and integration is the test of any skill and while I may be a little way along the path I'm probably not that far behind you but I have a connection, one that can and does help, one that knows how to steer you in the right direction, shows you the way of Shamanic Wisdom and the Path of the Elders, Fire, Earth, Air and Water, Natures Way, the way of the Eagle, Falcon and Hummingbird, taking the Higher Perspective and Power of the Eagle, the speed and focus of the Falcon with the joy and grace of the Hummingbird
