If you are interested in learning about how crystals can help or if you are wanting to create a mind that flutters to quickly settle, then why not make a move and try one of our courses Suggestion Keep a blanket, fluffy socks and slippers close for the attunement meditations, especially if you tend to feel the cold and want to keep yourself cosy. Open your mind, heart, relax and enjoy. We recommend you allow at least a week between workshops.
