1:1 sessions for when you'd like to eg talk, discover, understand or build on your own spiritual discernment Bridges the gap between traditional psychotherapy and living a Spirit Led life or for when you just want to talk, understand your journey. I use Spirit Led Guidance where appropriate to help you understand your spiritual path. This can help if you're feeling stuck, want some help moving on, have a sticking point with something that is emotional, physical or we can look at what's going on in your psychic/mediumistic journey to smooth things out. Whatever comes through is for you to take home with you, process, build on the knowledge and understanding. Alternatively we can connect you so you feel closer to your guidance if it's waned (for psychics/mediums) These sessions are endless in possibility and while you can do much of the work yourself with your own guides, having that support from a medium builds bridges that provide strong foundations.
