Cancellation Policy
All amounts paid are non transferrable in the event of less than 48hrs notice of any changes or non-attendance to the appointment. All amounts paid are non refundable, however, if more than 48hrs notice is given the amount will be transferred to the next appointment. No-Shows will incur a late fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service. You will be able to book future appointments once this fee has been paid. This fee will be waived if you send someone in your place or we fill the scheduled service time in full. Please be on time, your appointment cannot be extended if you are late.
