Message to book We start with an intuitive spirit guided consultation followed by the opportunity to lye back and experience a peaceful visualisation meditation, reiki healing and the soothing sounds of Crystal Bowls in my sacred healing space. Allow the peace to wash over you and bring clarity to the mind. A calm sense of being can be achieved with regular Healing, who wouldn't want that?
